Borrowers that are
either self-employed or who rely on income that may not be easily
documented may opt for one of our flexible stated-income programs.
Stated income programs do not require income documentation in the form
of paystubs or w-2s. Stated income loans require less paperwork
and documentation than traditional conventional loan programs.
We are still able to offer competitive rates and excellent terms to
suit the requirements of our borrowers with the need or desire to have
a "lite doc" or "no doc" program.
Loans are available in
both conventional and jumbo loan programs- at up to 100% CLTV.
